Trade space submissions for 2026 are NOW OPEN!

Trade space at the Brookfield Show is the perfect event to showcase what your business or group offers the community. Demonstrate your products and have valuable conversations with locals about your services.
There around 20,000 people who walk through the gates on an average Show year!

There are a variety of space sizes available and trade space vendors must be present for the full Show period. Trade space also applies to food vendors.

Who is already booked in for 2026? Helen Seccombe, our very talented Silversmith, is back in the Needlework Hall. Kenmore Mowers are new exhibitors with range of mowers, equipment for every gardener and will be joined by The Tropic Gardener from Marshall Lane, Kenmore.

These, together with other local exhibitors, country wares and lots of food options we can promise enjoyable times at the 2026 Show.

NOTE: IN 2026 THE SHOW OPENS FROM 3PM ON FRIDAY 22 MAY, whilst opening times on Saturday and Sunday remain at 9am.

Trade Space Site - costs

Trade Space Site Fee *

No dollar symbol required. Space rental fees are charged by m2 and by Zone. Zone A is $65 per m2; Zone B is $45 per m2; Special Concessional is $25 per m2. Based on the size of space rental required, please work out the dollar amount and type above. For example, 3m x 3m = 9m2 space fee would be $65 x 9m2 = $585 (if in Zone A).

Tent Hire Rental *

No dollar symbol required. Tent hire fees are charged by m2 and by Zone. Zone A and Zone B and Cookery Lane is $25 per m2; Special Concessional is $18 per m2. Based on the size of tent required, please work out the dollar amount and type above. For example, 3m x 3m = 9m2 tent size would be $25 x 9m = $225 (if in Zone A or B).

Additional Staff Passes

No dollar symbol required. Included are 2 x Three Day Passes, including parking, as part of your trade space. For more staff passes, it is $10 per day, per person and does NOT include parking. Please work out this dollar amount and type above. For example, 2 extra staff for all 3 days equals 6 daily passes required. 2 x 3 = 6 passes. This would cost 6 x $10 = $60.

Current Public Liability Insurance Certificate (min. $20 Million) – this is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Stall Holders, Contractors and or Entertainers. *

Trade Space Site - Indemnity

1. The Stallholder acknowledges and agrees that the Stallholder participates in the Brookfield Show wholly and solely at the Stallholder’s own risk of injury to the Stallholder’s person or property.

2. The Stallholder acknowledges and agrees that they and their servants and or agents release the Brookfield Show Society from any and all liability for personal injury or damage to the Stallholders property before, during and after the Brookfield Show.

3. The Stallholder acknowledge and agrees that the Brookfield Show Society Management Committee has the sole right to reject any space rental application or remove the Stallholder from the Brookfield Showgrounds at any time during the Brookfield Show. No reasons for any such rejection or removal needs to be given to the Stallholder.

4. The Stallholder acknowledges and agrees to observe and abide by any Queensland Department of Health (QH), Queensland Government in relation to COVID-19 regulations, Workplace Health and Safety Regulations and or Guideline that apply specifically to their particular activity and or outlet. The Stallholder has the sole responsibility to discover which Workplace Health and Safety or any other legislative regulations that may apply to their particular activity and or outlet.

5. The Stallholder acknowledges and agrees to observe and abide by any Department of Primary Industry Fire Ant Control Regulation and or Guideline that applies specifically to their particular activity and or outlet. The Stall holder has the sole responsibility to discover regulation that apply to their particular activity and or outlet.

6. Due to the Public Liability Insurance requirements for the 2026 Brookfield Show, the Stallholder acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to have their Stall installed and set up in the allocated position by 1000 Hrs on Friday 22 May 2026. Failure to abide by this request will result in forfeiture of the stallholders allocated space without refund and or further notice. The Brookfield Show Society (Inc) will consider a vendor request on a case by case basis to alter their arrival time however your allotted space allocation may not be guaranteed. Please contact the Tradespace Coordinator no later than 1700 Hrs – Tuesday 19 May 2026 should you anticipate a late arrival. No late arrival will be considered after this time.

7. No Vendor should drive onto the Brookfield Showgrounds without direction from the Brookfield Show Society Inc.
