Children's and Teen Art

Children’s Art is back in 2024, kindly sponsored by Kenmore West Kindergarten.
We’re ready to celebrate the creative talents of youths in the fine arts space across Brisbane.

Our theme this year is “Reflecting on the Present/ Imagining Our Future”.

We ask entrants to express themselves across one of two themes:

– Reflecting on the Present: What is important to you now? What do you love about our environment? What about our community is worth noting?
Or
– Imagining our Future: What do you hope for? What should we consider as a society/ community? What do you think the world would/ could look like?

NB: you may have other ideas how to address one of these themes – go for it!

There are four age divisions.
Children’s divisions:
Kindy – Year 2
Year 3 – Year 6.
Teen divisions:
Year 7 – Year 9
Year 10 – Year 12

Art competition submissions are now being accepted via the online form below.
Please note: entries can only be accepted and paid for online. Absolutely no entries can be accepted on delivery day or at the Show, due to space allocations and smooth management of this Competition.
