INDEMNITY FORM Tradespace Brookfield Show 2024

1. The Stallholder acknowledge and agrees that the Stallholder participates in the Brookfield Show wholly and solely at the Stallholder’s own risk of injury to the Stallholder’s person or property.

2. The Stallholder acknowledges and agrees that they and their servants and or agents release the Brookfield Show Society from any and all liability for personal injury or damage to the Stallholders property before, during and after the Brookfield Show.

3. The Stallholder acknowledge and agrees that the Brookfield Show Society Management Committee has the sole right to reject any space rental application or remove the Stallholder from the Brookfield Showgrounds at any time during the Brookfield Show. No reasons for any such rejection or removal needs to be given to the Stallholder.

4. The Stallholder acknowledges and agrees to observe and abide by any Queensland Department of Health (QH), Queensland Government in relation to COVID-19 regulations, Workplace Health and Safety Regulations and or Guideline that apply specifically to their particular activity and or outlet. The Stallholder has the sole responsibility to discover which Workplace Health and Safety or any other legislative regulations that may apply to their particular activity and or outlet.

5. The Stallholder acknowledges and agrees to observe and abide by any Department of Primary Industry Fire Ant Control Regulation and or Guideline that applies specifically to their particular activity and or outlet. The Stall holder has the sole responsibility to discover regulation that apply to their particular activity and or outlet.

6. Due to the Public Liability Insurance requirements for the 2024 Brookfield Show, the Stallholder acknowledges and agrees that it is their role responsibility to have their Stall installed and set up in the allocated position by 0800 Hrs on Friday 17 May 2024. Failure to abide by this request will result in forfeiture of the stallholders allocated space without refund and or further notice. The Brookfield Show Society (Inc) will consider vendor request on a case by case basis to alter their arrival time however, your allotted space allocation may not be guaranteed. Please contact the Tradespace Coordinator no later than 1700 Hrs – Monday 13 May 2024 should you anticipate a late arrival. No late arrivals will be considered after this time.

7. No Vendor should drive onto the Brookfield Showgrounds without direction from the Brookfield Show Society Inc.
